General conditions
- These terms and conditions are an agreement between the registered User of Tipster-Ranking.com service and Tipster-Ranking.com service. Both sides are bound by this agreement.
- Registered Users are divided into two groups: Tipsters and Punters. Tipster is advisor who shares his tips. Punter receive this tips.
- Tipsters-Ranking.com is not responsible for any content placed by Users.
- Tispter-Ranking.com can block user's account.
E-mails
- User agrees to receive e-mails from Tipster-Ranking.com.
- E-mails can contain received tips, messages from other Users and information from Tipster-Ranking.com
Payments
- Tipster-Ranking.com accepts PayPal payments. The only accepted currency is EURO.
- Tipsters-Ranking.com is not responsible for any fault due to payment services.
- Punters can make payments only using proper forms on Tipster-Ranking.com site.
- Tipster who wants to receive money for sharing his tips must set payment e-mail address.
- Tipster-Ranking.com takes commission as stated in payments site. Commission is taken only from Tipsters except situation when Punters receive money back.
- Tipster-Ranking.com can refuse sending money to Tipster in situations described in Regulations between Tipsters and Punters.
Regulations between Tipsters and Punters
- Tipster is obligated to set up rules of each month. These rules will be the basic of further arbitrage between Tipster and Punters. Both Tipster and Punters are bound by these rules.
- Punters can request return of money (by checking proper checkbox in giving reference form) if Tipster acted against his rules or was not fair.
- Any complaint or reclamation between Tipster and Punters will be judged by Tipster-Ranking.com and will be final.
